How to copy text from PDF opened in Chrome browser

I have a PDF that opens on the Chrome tab and you want to copy the text. Is there any solution for this?

PDF files can be generated using bulleted text (which can be easily selected and copied) or text images.

If you cannot select text in your PDF file, this is probably the last. In this case, you cannot copy the text.

  • Adobe Reader .

  • Check the Always Enabled box for Adobe Reader.

  • Perhaps an optional step: click "Disable" for "Chrome PDF Viewer"

Using all four steps, you can now select and copy text from a PDF opened in Chrome and paste it into another file or document. (I did not try to copy the images.)
