Deployed SharePoint Provider Application Deployment

Question

I am new to sharepoint, so please bear with me! I have completed the application containing the hosting provider, which we will host indoors! One of our requirements is that all applications run through TeamCity for assembly and Octopus for deployment, and we use GIT to manage Source. I figured out how to get a city team to build my MVC part from a provider hosted in the application, and got an octopus to deploy it, now my problem is how to get it to automate this part of the SharePoint application. What I mean, now I need to click on the publication in visual studio and create the .app file, and then I have to provide this to our guys, who then upload it to our directory of internal applications! is there any way to get TeamCity to create a .App file,and then use Octopus in the Sharepoint directory?
