Chrome and firefox do not display OPEN SANS web font correctly

Question

since a few weeks ago my chrome makes a bad google font "open sans", about firefox, it always showed it badly,

it is not well tolerated on all sites with open sans and with any weight or size. I read something about changing chrome: // flags / # enable-direct-write, but I don't have this option. I cleared the cache,
