In android Gear Vr, is it possible to launch the application in normal mode and then transfer it to Unity / VR when the user clicks this option?

In android, is GearVRit possible to launch the application in normal / telephone mode and then go to Unity/VRwhen the user presses a button to go to VR?

Until now, the application has either fully started in VRwith the parameter "vr_only", or it starts normally and switches to OculusHome when we try "vr_both" or "vr_dual".

Is this possible, or do we need to make two separate applications? Please note that using the "Virtual Reality" option in Unity will not work with Gear.

I will not say that this is impossible, but it will be difficult to achieve, since there is no easy way to do this. Using the Virtual Reality options in the player settings, as @Programmer suggests, is not an option. You can either check it out or delete it before creating the application. Changing it later through code does not work for Android build.
