Smart application banner showing as empty, gray bar.

Question

I added a meta tag for smart applications to my page, and it worked fine yesterday. However, now the banner is displayed only as a gray bar with no content. He seems to be trying to download something for a second, but then stops. Not sure what I changed in code that would break it. Link for the screenshot below, or see for yourself:

I think the service is currently unavailable.

I had the same problem, I just tested the site ted.com and their download does not load.
