Where can I get Perl 4?

I need to check the Perl 4 code. It will work on an ancient machine (up to 386), which I currently do not have access to. I would like to compile it for OS X, but I can not find the source in CPAN (it seems, back to 5.004).

The original simtel archive does not work, but this link will provide you with a version of Perl 4.19 that will work on 8086:

The file name is perl419x.zip and was tested on DOS 4.3 with 640 KB of memory and it works.
