How to add new elb to autoscaling group

Question

Aws introduced a new elb called alb, this page explains how to add alb to the auto-scaling group, but there is no way in aws to do this. Does anyone know to associate alb with auto-scaling?

If your load balancer is connected to an auto-scaling group and the group is scaled, targets added to the Auto Scaling group are automatically registered in the target group configured for the Auto Scaling group. If you disconnect the load balancer from the automatic scaling of the group, the goals in the automatic scaling group are automatically unregistered from the target group.

You cannot integrate alb into an auto-scale group, but you can integrate a target group (which has targets [ECS or EC2]).
