Jenkins section - MSBuild missing from system configuration

From the MSBuild plugin page:

To use this plugin, specify the MSBuild.exe location directory on the Jenkin configuration page.

Jenkins 2.7.2 LTS installs on Windows as a service with recommended plugins at startup.

Then I installed the MSBuild v1.26 plugin Restarting Jenkins, but still I do not see a single MSBuild section on the Configure System page.

Can anyone help?
