Nuget Package Source Automatically Disabled

I have added our special nuget package sources that have URLs pointing to our local network, for which I have full access. After adding it, by checking the package manager settings and closing the window, when you check the list of package sources again, one specific package source is automatically deleted ("unchecked"). Either the or extension removes the source. The same source worked once. Not sure if it has anything to do with VS / OS updates. At the same time, other custom package sources work, and other team members do not face this problem.

In the NuGet.Config file, the DisabledPackageSources tag shows the sources that are currently disabled, so if you want to make them active, add the sources to ActivePackageSource. In any case, since it works well now, after you have edited DisabledPackageSources, at least we make sure that it will be associated with the Nuget.config file. I am sending it as an answer.
