Install SharePoint Application: archive file cannot be size 0. deployment to office365

I had a problem deploying the Sharepoint application (Sharepoint add-in) for my 365 site collection (Sharepoint). I can’t deploy the application, and the error says   "Error during deployment" Installing the application for SharePoint ": the archive file cannot be 0." I checked with an empty project and the problem still persists.
