Limitations for Firebase Notifications

I want to use a Firebase notification for my Android application and what I want to know is there any limit on the number of topics? or for the number of users who can subscribe to a topic? For example, do I have 10,000 topics with 1 million users for each of them?

There are no restrictions on the number of topics or subscription. During the first year after the themes were launched, 1 million subscribers were limited, but this restriction was removed this year (2016) for Google I / O. FCM now supports unlimited themes and subscribers per application. See documents for confirmation .
