Where can I get pycharm-debug.egg for Idea?

I can not find pycharm-debug.eggin the IntelliJ Idea installation directory (2016.2), where can I get it?

It is distributed as part of PyCharm in its directory debug-eggs. On MacOS, right-click PyCharm.app, click on “Show Package Contents” and find it inContents/debug-eggs/
