Setting the time zone of Godaddy Hosting Cron

I am using godaddy hosting and running a cron job for codeigniter. It will work every day at 10am. So, on the cron tab, I tried so hard

00 10 * * * export TZ=Asia/Dhaka; wget http://www.example.com/function

00 10 * * * TZ=Asia/Dhaka; wget http://www.example.com/function

00 10 * * * export TZ=Asia/Dhaka; /usr/bin/curl "http://www.example.com/function"

Always a team running other time zones may be UTC, but I need the Asia / Dhaka UTC +6: 00 time zone.

How to write the correct time zone command and where to write it?

The look of Godaddy Cron looks like this enter image description here
