Cordoba / Android: change the color of the application icon (not the status bar)

Question

I am currently using Apache Cordova to experiment with all its features. I can’t understand how to change the banner that appears when you click the “Open an open application” option on Android.

How to change the color of the icon visible here?

It seems that I did not have the files needed to change the banner, so I decided to use the plugin for this: https://github.com/tomloprod/cordova-plugin-headercolor
