Firefox Redirects Localhost to HTTPS

There is a similar question about the same issue in Chrome, with an answer that resolves it in Chrome.

When I try to go to http://localhost:8000/, Firefox redirects me to https://localhost/. What for? If I open the window incognito, this will not happen. I can’t continue to develop until I solve this. Please, help.
