What happens when there is a save / delete database command, it is executed twice, the first time without errors, the second time, throwing this error and, therefore, the saving is performed twice.

I understand that some program is blocking it (as the error says), so I deleted the antivirus that I had, but without conclusions.

Does anyone know what it is?

Edit : This is a Python bug, reported here
