Troubleshoot SAML 2.0 Federation with Office 365

I use password synchronization with the Azure AD Connect tool. I have enabled federation SAML 2.0in the Office 365 domain (Secondary).

When I try to log in to the test user account, I get the error message " We do not recognize this user ID or password ." If I reset the password for the test user account from the Office 365 admin panel, the test user can log in from the single sign-on page on the page. When the next synchronization happens with Azure Active Directory, I get the same problem again.

Please help me.
