Can users clear the service worker’s cache?

I have created a progressive web application that uses caching, but it is not clear to me whether users (by accident or by appointment) can clear the service worker’s cache, which can clear my tracking data.

When a user clears browser data / cookies, it clears all site stores, which include SW cache, cookies, local storage, indexeddb and any other local caching system.
