What could be the reason for - ANR: input manager

Question

When I install the application from google game, I get

ANR: Reason: input response time (Waiting because the window has no focus, but there is a focused application that can eventually add the window when it finishes launching.) `

But when I install my machine locally, the application runs successfully. You do not know what is the reason for this and how to fix and verify.
