Error "URI not registered" Android Studio

Question

My application compiles successfully, but I get this error:

URI is not registered (Settings | Languages & Fragmeworks | Schemas and DTDs)

at

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<resources xmlns:ns1="urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:document:1.2">

in my arabic .xml lines

But none of them helped me.

It turns out that I edited the version of strings.xml DEBUG to fix it, just close the tab with the error and reopen it.
