How to bind event when sending mail in Office add-in (OWA, Windows Outlook 2016)

Question

in (Web and Desktop), I need to observe the sending of emails, but it looks like the API accessible from office.js does not seem to have any event or method for this function.

In fact, my requirement is to enter tracking pixels when the user clicks the Submit button, thereby collecting the outgoing email identifier.

Any suggestion?
