Disable in-app purchases on xcode

I am trying to test my application on an iPad / iPhone.

I have not registered for the developer program. I have appleId, waiting for the application to be more or less ready before I enroll in the program.

Anyway, when I try to run the application, they just tell me that

The 'In-App Purchase' feature is only available to users enrolled in Apple Developer Program. Please visit
https://developer.apple.com/programs/ to enroll

I know there is some kind of setting for me to turn off in-app purchases, just don't know where it is? I looked through most of the settings pages, ran a search, etc., and just could not get past this?

edit: heres tab of my capabilities in my xcode project settings.
