Groovy documentation and swingbuilder examples

I recently discovered the groovy language and a small example of using Swingbuilder on the groovy website. But I ran into a big lack of documentation or examples. They are too simple and too similar. I googled a lot to say that.

How do I guess to type hbox or close at the end or use listData in list (), etc.

Why is this so and can someone share some links or resources?
