Can someone help me understand why this is happening with the Google Analytics code?
This is a bug that then gives me download tracking code:

My attempts:
I turned off antivirus, antivirus firewall, Windows firewall and unsuccessfully thought about what could be. I installed the extension for debugging Google analytics. Worked for hours. I tried to download the code directly in the browser and on any PC, I can get it. I could get https://www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js by making wget from my server console. Could this be a problem with the provider?
