MongoDB Cloud Manager Vs Mongodb Atlas

Can someone please give me a level difference between MongoDB Cloud Manager and Mongodb Atlas. My main goal is to keep track of mongodb instances in AWS.

Cloud Manager is used when you want to manage your own infrastructure (you deploy the nodes where MongoDB works), but still have the advantages of automatic backup and monitoring.
