Unable to create a new project in Visual Studio 2015

I recently installed Visual Studio 2015 on Windows 7. I had a problem when I try to make File -> New -> Project and try to create a project in C ++ (Empty project / MakeFile / Win32 ecc ..) and click OK, windows of the new project close and reopen like a loop. Can someone help me solve this problem?
