Unable to publish Android Alpha test because "In progress" content rating

Question

I filled out the questionnaire, but still can not publish the alpha version, as it is "In progress". Am I waiting for someone to check this out (I was waiting almost 24 a.m.), or am I doing something wrong?

When you click "Why can't I post?" link:

Your application does not have the required content rating. Go to the rating page of your application and fill out the form.

Something seems to be waiting for me, but as said, I filled out the questionnaire and clicked "Apply rating to my application."
