Exception selected by call target

Question

I follow the tutorial on setting up an Orchard site using Create a module using a simple text editor .

I am working on the heading “Create a source data migration file” where it says:

Go to the Features screen in the control panel. You will see a warning indicating that one of the functions needs to be updated, and the Simple Commerce module is displayed in red. Click Refresh to verify that migrations are in progress and that the module has been updated.

In my project, when I try to click Refresh, I get an error message:

An error occurred while updating the SimpleCommerce function: the exception was caused by the purpose of the call.

I read a post about a similar exception , but it seems that the problem could not be solved?

Now you can disable this feature by going to Host / SQL and typing: ....

I'm not sure how to go to host / sql ??

Any ideas?
