Disabling Apple Pay in iOS 9 simulations

The Apple Pay feature in iOS 9 is a welcome addition. But I don’t see a way to disable Apple Pay to check how the application works when Apple Pay is not available or has not yet been configured to make payments.

Has anyone found controls in the iOS 9 simulator to disable Apple Pay?

Can you currently use a simulated device that does not support Apple Pay?
