Xcode 7.2: Unable to find or generate signature assets, Wild Card app IDs cannot be used to create Provisioning profiles for home

Question

I signed the iOS App and WatchKit application for applications and extensions with valid provisioning profiles (a separate provisioning profile for each application identifier, not a card identifier identifier), the assembly was successfully archived, but when I try to export / save the Enterprise assembly, Xcode automatically generates / finds XC: training profile, and also discards / cancels previously selected training profiles. I am getting below the error. (although we do not use Wild Card app identifiers)

"Unable to find or generate signature assets, Wild Card application identifiers cannot be used to create Provisioning profiles for home."

This seems to be a bug in Xcode 7.2, after several attempts and troubleshooting, the below solution worked for me.

1) Open Xcode Preference

2) Choose a team

3) Click "View Details .."

4) In the "Provisioning Profiles" section: right-click on any profile and show in Finder and delete all the Provisioning Profiles profiles in this folder.

5) In the "Profile Profiles" section. Click Download All.

6) Xcode.
