Delphi 7 Package Editor

Question

In D7, an IDE popup window appears for working with packages. I'm not sure of its official name, but according to Spy ++, its Windows class name is TPackageEditorForm.

I think this pop-up is very convenient for working with packages, but it seems to have disappeared from the latest Delphi versions (XE4 and higher). Has it, or is it hidden somewhere out of sight?

For newer versions, Delphi is part of the project manager . Actions from the toolbar buttons are now available from the context menu.
