Push Notification does not work in ios 9.2.1

I have a built-in push notification in my application. I tested it in ios7, ios8, ios9.2.1. It works great on multiple devices, and multiple ios9.2.1 devices do not even receive the device token. Please, help.

I understood where my mistake was. I did not send the device token when using the social input. Stupid mistake. Now it works great!
