Telegram Api layer 52 (supergroups and channels)

Question

I am a java developer. I found java api telegram on github . But this api is old. I want to create a new library for java (support channels and supergroups). but I do not see a new layer in the telegram. The last layer on the site is layer23, and it cannot support channels and supergroups. I want a new schema and json layer . Please help me
