How to calculate progress using HttpClient PostAsync?

In my Windows Store app (C #), I need to upload MultipartFormDataContent(some lines of content and some files) to the server and get a huge file when responding. The problem is I cannot use BackgroundDownloadersfor this. I can use only one request for this.

I am using the method HttpClient.PostAsync:
