I have a problem with JsonMediaTypeFormatter
, which, as far as I can tell, has just begun just recently.
At some point, the object that I have (a plain old poco) started to serialize as a backup. I use auto properties (again just poco), but for some reason the output from JsonMediaTypeFormatter
is equalk__backingfield<propname>:"value"
In recent weeks, we have updated the visual studio 2015 (although I doubt that this is the main cause of the problem, since it worked a few weeks ago).
I cleared all forms of nuget caches, deleted all bin / obj directories .... uninstalled and reinstalled visual studio 2015 professional ... repaired visual studio 2015 professional .... This code has not changed for some time,
We are using the version 5.2.0
of System.Net.Http.Formatting
.
Thanks for any help.
Just a quick update ... this does not happen on any machine. I do not experience any errors (which I notice). I will also add tags related to Visual Studio 2015 to this.
Another quick update. I sent the LinqPad script, as well as the assemblies needed to run this script to an employee. The fees that I send are accurate, which I pulled from nuget and compiled on my machine. When it runs the code, it is serialized as desired. My machine (and now another employee machine) is still experiencing a problem.
I continue to isolate this as much as possible, but any further recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
