Fixed frame rate using android Camera2 api

Question

I am very new to android. I am trying to develop an application using android camera2 api and I want to maintain a stable frame rate for this. I could not find any example on how to achieve a fixed frame rate.

Experimenting, I see that the application receives about 5-7 FPS. but he is changing. A detailed method of obtaining a fixed frame rate is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Have you installed the AE target FPS range what do you want? What resolution are you trying to read?
