Bootstrap 3: 100% sidebar always on screen

Question

I try to achieve the following result: I need to leave col-md-3 to always remain 100% of the height and always on the screen - this is the menu. The right side, as usual, is accessible with scrolling, etc.

Using bootstrap in this situation may not be the best solution. I like the boot file, but you do not need to use it for everything, and it may be here, however I am sure that you could do this work.
