Cannot connect kurento from mobile browser using mobile data connection

Work with technology Webrtcusing Kurento Media Serveras source. The application runs very smoothly on desktop and mobile devices via [Wifi / Ethernet].

But when I try to connect (Mobile) using a mobile data connection, it is not connected. Can you tell me what the problem is?

This is a problem TURN Server(TURN is now disabled), even if it is TURN Serversuccessfully implemented, then we will encounter problems such as UDPblocking packets in corporate firewalls, and I think that Firefoxit Chromedoes not support TCPbased TURN.

This is a web layout problem, most likely. Some companies block these long-lived relationships. Check if there is any data coming to your server from cien when connecting via 3G.

My suggestion is to provide an HTTP back up in these cases. You can easily enable SockJS support in the Spring-Boot application and on the client.
