I have a WebVTT subtitle video in several languages. They seem to look great on all of our target browsers except MS Edge.
WebVTT files are served from Amazon S3 (the video comes from the same bucket) and they are marked with the correct content type (text / vtt). The files themselves are valid, and I can even make them play MS Edge as long as they are served from the same source as the page containing the video.
The video tag itself is marked crossorigin="anonomous". However, I cannot find documentation that says nothing about cross-search requests for a track resource. I tried to put crossorigin="anonymous"on the track, also no luck.
The S3 bucket is configured to allow cross-origin GET requests from anywhere.
Is it just broken in Edge, or am I doing something wrong?
