IP Sewerage (WordPress)

When I run SEO Site Check on my site, I get:

IP Canonicalization Test: Your site’s IP address is not redirected to your site’s domain name. This can cause problems with duplicate content if the search engine indexes your site under its IP address and domain name.

I am running Apache and the tip is to add the following to my .htaccess file:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^XXX\.XXX\.XXX\.XXX
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.example.com/$1 [R=301,L]

Using this test , I found that there are 2 IP addresses on my site, so I added two rules to the Rewrite Engine section. But the website still failed the test.

Am I doing it right? Here is my .htaccess file:
