Karma Launcher: Waiting 15 Seconds

Question

With the new karma launcher for phantomJS, I get an annoying “wait 15 seconds” every time I run tests.

I swapped node and karma versions several times to try and get it to work without success. Has anyone encountered this issue?

Here is a combination of tools that I use:

Node version: v0.10.40
karma: 0.13.15
karma-chrome-launcher: 0.2.2
karma-jasmine: 0.3.6
karma-phantomjs-launcher: 0.2.1
