I use PayPal adaptive payments to make a transaction through paypal. Although some transactions take more than 6 hours, they also get IPN.
I went through the forum posts and their documentation, I went through https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/products/instant-payment-notification/
“Since the IPN is not a real-time service, the verification flow should not wait for the IPN message before it is completed. If the verification flow depends on the receipt of the IPN message, processing may be delayed by system boot or other reasons. You must configure the flow checks to handle possible delays.
Callback takes more than 6 hours - this is too much. any suggestions?
