How to convert Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese in R?

Question

write.csv(place,"C:/users/sean/desktop/test.csv",row.names = FALSE)

It's hard for me to write a simplified Chinese .CSV file.

object 'place' is a simplified Chinese list:

三亚 "岛" 帕劳 "巴厘岛" 韩国 台湾 "拉萨 首 首 新西兰 新西兰 新西兰 云南 丽江 丽江 九寨沟 九寨沟

but it will look like this:
