Android Tabbed Activity Bottom off Screen

Question

Does anyone have an idea why the bottom is disconnected from the screen in a new generated tab in android?

ViewPager is too long for the general screen

    <android.support.v4.view.ViewPager
    android:id="@+id/container"
    android:layout_width="match_parent"
    android:layout_height="match_parent"
    app:layout_behavior="@string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior" />

The result of all the views in the child fragment. Fragments are disabled on the 55dp screen if you align them at the bottom of the screen.
