Edit Text in TextInputLayout lagging

I have two views using TextInputLayout. The first is the login window, which has only 2 input fields, and the second is the register, which has many input fields. I use TextInputLayoutand EditText/ AppCompatEditTextwith custom themes for my inputs.
The problem is that when I click on EditTextmy “Register” on my screen, I get some sort of lag / splash by default TextInputLayout. I do not get lag in mine LoginScreen, but the code that I use is exactly the same, so I suppose the problem is the number of inputs. Any idea or thoughts?
