Make UILabel at the top of the UIImageView in the storyboard

Question

I want the label to appear above the image view. But when I put the inscription, it disappears. How can this be done?

I have several labels above my image. When I create and run it, the shortcuts seem beautiful. But on the storyboard, when I place the ui elements, such as a label above my image view, it does not appear. How can i do this show

As you can see in the screenshot, I don’t see my shortcuts. It appears when I build and run, but on the bulletin board the view of the image hides it, this is still a problem.
