A library of user interface components to respond to your own

Question

I am building my first big native reaction app. And you want to ask.

Are there some user interface interfaces for responding to native that gives some style for components out of the box?

For example, for example, ionic for cordova gives a basic theme and css. Or like a bootstrap for the Internet.

So, are there some existing libraries that give the same styling effect to the native reaction?
