How can I automatically export an Azure SQL database to a new portal?

I am using the new Azure Portal and have selected the Azure SQL database.

With the old portal, I was able to configure automatic daily export of the database, but with the new portal I absolutely can not learn how to do this. It seems to be impossible.

Does anyone know how, if there is a place where I can configure automatic .bacpac export to a new portal?
