DotCover does not show all projects in the solution

Question

Let me start by saying that I am new to ReSharper and dotCover, and that I am using v10.0.2 for both.

The attached screenshot shows a solution explorer in VS and a coverage tree for a test suite.

Whenever I start coverage, it always shows the same subset of assemblies in the coverage tree. It is important to note that all the tests shown are for code in service or infrastructure assemblies, none of which are shown in the coverage tree.

Obviously, the product is not doing something right or not.

• Why are only some of the assemblies displayed in the coverage tree?
• Why aren't there any assemblies covered by the tests that I run shown in the coverage tree?
• How can I make it work correctly?

EDIT If this makes any difference, I use xUnit and have the xUnit extension installed in ReSharper, and the tests themselves work fine.

This is due to shadow copying - when enabled, the dotCover function expects the .pdb files to be copied as well, and the standard shadow copy executed by xunit does not. If you turn off the shadow copy on the device test settings page, it will work fine. I think the hunit runner can be updated to fix this.
