Cannot send application to iTunes connect: "New applications and application updates must be created with publicly available (GM) versions of Xcode"

I get this error in the iTunes connection when I tried to send my application to view:

New applications and application updates must be created with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, OS X, and the iOS SDK. Do not submit applications created in beta, including OS X beta.

I do not understand, I do not use the beta version. I am using Xcode 7.2. I updated my Mac two days ago and now OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 is running.
